In purchasing any of these items, the Buyer acknowledges that there are risks involved with consumption or distribution of these products. The listing of a material by the Seller does not constitute a license to its use in infringement of any patent. The Buyer expressly guarantees that all of the products will be handled only by qualified and properly trained professionals. The Buyer guarantees upon reading of this disclaimer and thereafter purchasing, that any products sold by the Seller to the Buyer will ONLY be used by qualified and properly trained professionals.

PRODUCT USE:

The Buyer expressly represents and warrants to Cutting Edge Peptides that the Buyer will properly test, use, manufacture and market any products purchased from Cutting Edge Peptides and/or materials produced with products purchased from Cutting Edge Peptides in accordance with the practices of a reliable, reasonable person who is experienced in the field and in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, now and hereinafter enacted. The Buyer further warrants that any material produced with any product shall not be adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and shall not be materials which may not, under Sections 404, 505, or 512 of the Act, be introduced into interstate commerce.

The Buyer realizes that, since Cutting Edge Peptide's products are, unless otherwise stated, intended solely for research purposes, they may not be on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory listing. The Buyer assumes ALL LEGAL responsibility to assure that the products purchased from Cuttting Edge Peptides are approved for use under TSCA, if applicable.

Buyer has the responsibility to verify the hazards and to conduct any further research necessary to learn the hazards involved in using products purchased from Cutting Edge Peptides LLC Buyer agrees to comply with instructions, if any, furnished by Cutting Edge Peptides relating to the use of the products and not misuse the products in any manner. Any use or application of the products outside the legal scope and outside the instructions provided and outside the legal research process will not create nor arise any claim or action against Cutting Edge Peptides.
No products purchased from Cutting Edge Peptides shall, unless otherwise stated, be considered to be foods, drugs, medical devices or cosmetics.
